nappy rash

Hi, was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding what to use for nappy rash, or better still, how can I avoid it.  And would some foods or liquids i'm consuming pass through the breast milk affect the severity of the rash.  I personally don't use talc on the baby, and I don't like using the zinc creams, I just find there are too many chemicals.  Any suggestions

We've had our own run in with nappy rash early on. We tried a few products that worked pretty well and then came across a barrier cream that really helped (and it's Australian made!). We liked the product so much that we are soon to be stocking it on our website.
