Hi, was wondering if anyone had any advice regarding what to use for nappy rash, or better still, how can I avoid it.  And would some foods or liquids i'm consuming pass through the breast milk affect the severity of the rash.  I personally don't use talc on the baby, and I don't like using the zinc creams, I just find there are too many chemicals.  Any suggestions Huh

Hi Lily,

We've had our own run in with nappy rash early on. We tried a few products that worked pretty well and then came across a barrier cream that really helped (and it's Australian made!). We liked the product so much that we are soon to be stocking it on our website. I'll put an update here when we have them in stock, but I also did some research for you, and I've found a very useful source of information on nappy rash and quoted it here:

This might give you some other ideas and help you resolve the problem for your bub now. I hope it helps, just let us know how it works out.

Good luck,
Fiona.

We're very happy to say that we are now stocking a full range of baby skin care for sensitive baby skin including the baby bottom barrier mentioned in our previous post. They are 100% Australian designed, made and owned and the mums at eBubs have tried them all out and love them! They're a wonderful range of products with a lovely fragrance that is gentle on bub but not greasy or oily to the touch and include: Baby body lotion, Baby Body Wash, Baby Bottom Barrier, Baby Bottom Freshner and Baby Massage Oil.

You can check them out here: http://ebubs.com.au/index.php?cPath=29

Kind Regards,
Fiona
