eBubs uses Australia Post for most deliveries. In the unlikely event
that items are lost by Australia Post, we will assist to try and locate them, but are unable to
provide a refund. Therefore we suggest you request Registered Post in the comments on your order as it includes insurance up to
the value of $100 for only $1.00 more to cover the extra handling.
Items will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after payment or if there are delays then we
will contact you and let you know.
Payment:
We accept payments via PayPal (including credit cards), direct deposit, cheque (all cheques
must clear before goods are sent) or Australia Post money order . If you select the Direct
Deposit option at checkout - our invoice will show the necessary for making payment.
Returns:
eBubs provides quailty products that have been road-tested by our own mums. Therefore we can
often assist and provide advice on your purchases, products and any usage problems you might
have. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact us straight away so that we can
help!
If you received a faulty item let us know within 30 days of purachse, and we will happily exchange
the item for you.
Note however that we cannot accept returns of items which have been used, even if only washed
once.
