Postage and Handling:
eBubs uses Australia Post for most deliveries. We package products carefully to ensure no damange occurs in transit. In the unlikely event that items are lost by Australia Post, we will assist to try and locate them, but are unable to provide a refund. Therefore we suggest you select Registered Post during the checkout procedure as registered post includes insurance up to the value of $100 and includes confirmation of delivery.
Items will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after payment or if there are delays then we will contact you and let you know.
Payment:
We accept payments via PayPal (including Visa and Mastercard), Moneybookers (Amex), direct deposit, cheque (all cheques must clear before goods are sent) or Australia Post money order . If you select the Direct Deposit option at checkout - our invoice will show the necessary details for making payment.
Returns:
eBubs provides quailty products that have been road-tested by our own mums and bubs. Therefore we can often assist and provide advice on your purchases, products and any usage problems you might have. If you are experiencing difficulties, please contact us straight away so that we can help!
If you received a faulty item let us know within 30 days of purachse, and we will happily exchange the item for you.
Note however that we cannot accept returns of items which have been used, even if only washed once.
